We are the young people of Palasudha, working for our own village. We help students stay in school and do well, bring free basic healthcare to the village, and support families who are going through hard times.
Umeed means hope. We started on 22 December 2025.
Our work
Everything is run by local volunteers and trustees, with help from teachers, parents and doctors in the area.

On Sunday, 11 October 2026, more than a hundred people from Palasudha and nearby came to Palasudha Marriage Hall for free health check-ups, advice and treatment. The aim was to raise health awareness and make basic healthcare easy to reach for people in the village.
Medical team: Dr. Sabina Naz Parveen, nurse Nazakat Parveen and staff of Arfa Nursing Home.
Chief guest: former Sarpanch Anuja Kumar Mohanty, with Sardar Sheikh Firoz Ali of Palasudha.
Organised by: President Tarik Khan, with Secretary Sk Rijwan Hossain, members Rajnul Haque, Parvez, Arshad, Hayat, Gora Babu and other volunteers.
